Our Headwear Production Process
This page outlines how we approach headwear production — from in-house custom embroidery to private label manufacturing.
It’s designed to provide clarity around our process, expectations, and decision points so businesses can understand what working together looks like before getting started.
In-House Custom Embroidery
Our in-house custom embroidery process is built around consistency, control, and repeatable results.
Projects begin by selecting the appropriate blank headwear through our supplier network. This allows us to control fit, material quality, and replacement options if needed.
Once blanks are selected, embroidery artwork is reviewed and prepared for production. Stitch direction, density, and placement are finalized to ensure clean execution and long-term durability.
After approval, embroidery is completed in-house and each piece is checked for consistency before delivery.

Private Label Production
Private label production is designed for brands producing retail-ready headwear at scale.
Projects begin by defining specifications such as materials, construction, labeling, and finishes. Once details are confirmed, sampling is completed to ensure the final product meets expectations before full production begins.
After digital and physical sample approval, production is scheduled and completed in controlled runs through our manufacturing partners. Finished goods are prepared for delivery based on the agreed scope and workflow.

Timelines & Expectations
Every project moves at a pace determined by preparation, clarity, and production method.
In-house custom embroidery timelines depend on factors such as blank availability, artwork readiness, and production volume. Private label production follows a more structured timeline that includes specification review, sampling, and scheduled manufacturing.
Clear communication and complete information at the start of a project help ensure smoother production and fewer delays.
